i bought a polyester shower curtain?

i bought a polyester shower curtain its black red and white i washed it today for the first time but i washed it with my black futon cover which is like a stretch material so i figured it wouldnt bleed well anyways now my shower curtain the white on it is got a dark tint to it and theres a couple spots that are black tag says dont bleach so is there anything i could try to get it back to normal i didnt dry it
i just bought some oxyclean….didnt work!

futon/sofa beds?

does anyone know where I can find a futon/sofa bed, with a modern look, around the price of 150-200 dollars?

Good ol' WalMart has futons for about that price range. But a word of advice: If it is going to get frequent use, get a wooden one, not a metal one. I bought the metal one, and the base only lasted about a year because prolonged sitting and sleeping on it bent the rods under the mattress. It got so uncomfortable I had to toss it and got a twin bed instead. I put a board about 2 feet wide by 6 feet long inside one end of the futon mattress so it could become a backrest, then piled a bunch of throw pillows on it so I could use it as a sofa too. Just dump the throw pillows on the floor, and it's an instant bed.

Are futons suitable for sleeping on every day?

I'm short of space and a futon would be best but i've heard bad things about comfort, is a futon comfortable enough?

Yes… I've got a really comfortable one that is used every day.

How do you stop cats from scratching at a new leather chair? Had 2 leather sofas and no attempt made by cats!?

We have had 2 leather sofas for months and all 3 cats have ignored them. This single chair (from DFS!), has incurred one attempt at the back of the chair where claws have gone in and "marked" the leather.

Any ideas other than pepper or separate scratching board considered! They have never shyed away from peppered areas, and they have never needed a scratching board as they sharpen claws outside on trees & fences! - Simon

Roll small loops of sticky tape so that the sticky bit is outside. Place these in the area that they have chosen, they will probably try once more, but the tape will stick to their paws, they really, really, really dislike that and will head back to the garden. My vet told me that this is a sign that they like the furniture so much that they want to make sure it is understood that it is there's, so don't scrub the scratched area, leave the smell and the tape and it should solve your problem. New Yorker Futon?

I am moving back to california and I want to purchase the new yorker futon from walmart, but my car is already loaded, I was just wondering if I was to take it out of the box and fit it in my trunk, I purchased a black frame futon before and took it out of the box and it fit perfect but I am not sure about the frame of the new yorker futon, considering that it is metal frame and wood frame. Any suggestions would help? Thanks

You could always order it on-line from Wal-Mart and have it shipped to you in Cali - then you won't have to worry about macking it in.
