Which Futon?

I want to buy a futon sofa-bed, which will be mainly used as a sofa, but occasionally as a bed. Can anyone recommend one which is comfy (2-seater and 1-seater)?
could you be specific and recommend a certain make or something

I would recommend Ikea also. We bought a futon frame and mattress from the mattress store and paid WAY too much for it. Sorry I don't remember the exact name. About 6 months later we were in Ikea and saw one almost exactly like ours for about 1/3 the cost. We have since purchased other furniture from Ikea and never had a problem. We still have the futon I think we paid too much for and our daughter uses it as her bed. It has definitely stood up to wear and tear over the years.

How do you unfold a futon transmission.?

I'm assembling a mexican futon(sofa+couch) and the instructions asks to unfold the two transmissions.

I can only extend them to a v shape like the top transmission in the link below.

I'm supposed to extend them like the one with the letters below but can't.

Do you have any scrap wood around to screw to them? Doing this would make it easier to flatten them.
