Help - What colour curtains for a Cream room with big dark brown sofas?

We have just decorated our lounge, cream walls and we have two big dark brown sofas, and a black 1930's fire place? we have a biggish bay window and are having trouble on chooseing colour/pattern of curtains? any advice

I'd go with a deep rust color. It will keep the warmth in the room and cut the harshness of the black fireplace.
